Event:   Tai Chi Experience-Traditional Chinese Kung Fu

Tai Chi is one of the Chinese traditional martial arts. As an ancient Kongfu, Tai Chi includes boxing, sword, broadsword, spear, push-hand and etc. Concentrating on correct posture and breathing control. Tai Chi’s movements are fluid, graceful and well balanced, promoting the complete harmony of body and mind. Though originally conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: competitive wrestling in the format of pushing hands (tui shou), demonstration competitions, and achieving greater longevity.

Last Friday, the Edu aupair in Beijing, China came to learn from a famous Tai Chi Master. They all agreed that it was a once-in-life-time opportunity.

They were all very serious about learning. Trying to give as best as performance as they could. Everyone got the chance to be instructed by the Master individually.

After 1.5 hours intense training, they all look professional! Everyone took the pictures of their best postures!

Whose posture do you like the most? :)
